Payment:
to guarantee the reservation it is necessary to provide credit card information.
In case of cancellation, since 15 days prior to arrival, a 50% fine is due.
In case of no-show full amount will be charged.

Registration:
upon arrival at the facility registration will be performed, where the guest will present a valid identity document; from that moment he will take possession of the room and will be given the keys and the remote control of the exterior gates.

Check in & Check out:
the guest will take possess of the apartments from 2:00 p.m. (for arrivals after 5:00 p.m. please notify us by phone or e-mail; for arrivals before 2:00 p.m. the possibility to leave the luggage at the property will be given, but room availability is not guaranteed); the apartments must be vacated within 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. In the event that the guest decides to keep the room beyond schedule (compatibly with the arrival of any other guests) the Management has the right to request a € 10 fee, for each late hour.

Guest Responsability:
it is forbidden smoking inside the apartments; it is allowed in the outdoor spaces.
We are not in any way responsable about unattended objects or personal belongings. In case the guest causes any kind of damage to the facility, furniture or objects, will be totally responsable, and liable to pay refund.

Our Responsability:
no liability is accepted for damages to the guests by events in no way attributable to the rooms and the swimming pool use, including physical and material damages, losses caused by fires, robbery or other types of activities.

Swimming Pool:
swimming pool use is allowed from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Children under 14 years old are allowed exclusively under supervision, at least of one parent. It is forbidden playing with ballons in the swimming pool and in the sourrounding area. It is forbidden using oily sun creams.
